An evening of curated wines, inspired pairings, and exceptional storytelling.
The Sommelier’s Table is our wine dinner series, held over the next four
Wednesdays from 18:00 to 20:30.
Guided by our sommeliers Marko Jurić, Toni Arbunić, Mihael Fintić & Saša Dejanović who will share their stories, knowledge, and passion.
Each evening features a handpicked selection of wines paired with a selected multi-course menu, followed by a digestif served in our YAKUZA Bar to round off the experience.

The German Pour
📅 Wednesday, June 18th
Our German evening begins with a Kabinett Riesling from the legendary Egon Müller that is delicate, bright, and full of charm. From there, we move to a magnum of Dr. Bürklin-Wolf’s Goldbächel, a wine of depth and precision. Further south in the Pfalz, Rebholz offers us a graceful, perfectly aged Spätburgunder. We close the night on a soulful note, returning north to Heymann-Löwenstein for a golden, late-harvest Beerenauslese full of beauty and balance.

A Toast to Italy
📅 Wednesday, June 25th
If you're expecting the classics like Prosecco, Tuscan reds or Barolo — you’ll have to wait. Italy offers so much more, and this time we’ve chosen a different path.
We start in Marche with a refined Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOCG from Ampelio Bucci, then we go north to Soave Classico, where Pieropan’s La Rocca shows Garganega at its creamy best. From the volcanic slopes of Etna comes a pure Nerello Mascalese by Tenuta delle Terre Nere while we end in Valpolicella, with a deep, mature Amarone Riserva from Le Ragose.

Slovenian Craft, Clarity & Character
📅 Wednesday, July 2nd
For our Slovenian evening, we stay in the heart of Goriška Brda region. defined by elegance and authenticity. We begin with Ferdinand’s textured Pinot Grigio, then move to Ščurek’s aged cuvée, led by the noble Rebula. From Marjan Simčič, we’ll taste the powerful Unico M, crafted from vines over 60 years old. We finish with Gašper’s Cabernet Franc, a red of striking finesse and character.

Spanish Night of Bold Expression
📅 Wednesday, July 9th
Our Spanish journey begins on the Atlantic coast with a fresh, mineral Albariño from Rías Baixas. We then move inland to Rioja for an elegant aged Viura and the iconic 2004 Viña Tondonia Gran Reserva. The evening ends in sunlit Andalusia with a rich, soulful Sherry — tradition in its finest form.
